Trevor Fugate is a member of Buchalter’s Corporate practice group in the firm’s Salt Lake City office. Mr. Fugate focuses his practice on transactional matters including private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance across a wide variety of industries with particular experience with SaaS and outdoor product companies.
