Vincente Calle is a labor and employment law expert. He has performed some of the largest labor restructuring operations in Spain (closures, partial restructuring operations, relocations), both in terms of size and complexity. His clients are usually multinationals (USA, UK, Germany, Sweden, etc.). He is also specialized in delicate and critical situations and advicing in that context Boards of Directors, top executives. CEO , etc. The economic crisis has enhanced his practice as he was one of the first labor lawyers to implement collective lay-off procedures and procedures for the collective modification of working conditions in the context of insolvency proceedings under the law that entered into force in September 2004. He is currently one of the most experienced practitioners in this field.
