Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Si was an associate in the Shanghai office of JunHe LLP. Ms. Si specializes in banking and finance, financial services and regulatory, investment management, and general corporate matters. Her legal services mainly include representing and advising commercial banks in a variety of loan transactions, advising international asset managers, financial institutions, multinationals and domestic conglomerates on cross-border investments, and providing legal and compliance services on general corporate matters.
