Profile

Young-Eun focuses her practice on litigation involving business, employment, tort and fiduciary/estate disputes. She has litigated a variety of sophisticated litigation matters, including contract disputes, commercial and residential real estate litigation, trust and estate litigation and appellate proceedings before the Kentucky Court of Appeals and the Board of Immigration Appeals. As part of her practice, Young-Eun has won summary judgment on behalf of various clients, and has received a favorable opinion from the Kentucky Court of Appeals.

Prior to attending law school she received her teaching certificate from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and she taught with Denver Public Schools for three years.
