The Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) published an administrative resolution declaring the extension of the suspension of all terms and proceedings before such authority until April 30, 2020.
This resolution was published in the Federal Official Gazette on April 07, 2020. The administrative resolution A / 014/2020 published today amends CRE's prior resolution A / 010/2020 dated March 24, 2020 (which previously suspended all terms and proceedings from March 24 to April 17, 2020).
As per CRE updated resolution, all requirements, promotions and documents filed during the above-referred suspension timeframe shall be understood as if they had been made on May 04, 2020. Suspension would include physical and electronic filings since as per such resolution, it applies to all promotions before CRE.
The above determination was made considering the sanitary emergency that Mexico and the world is facing in connection with the disease known as coronavirus or COVID-19 and in particular the recent extraordinary measures to face such disease declared by the Mexican Health Ministry.
