1 If no changes or clarifications are made to modify this interpretation, this would mean that the restrictions placed on Eligible Borrowers as outlined below (with the exception of the restrictions on stock buybacks and the conflict of interest restrictions) would only apply to the Eligible Borrower and operations/entities controlled by the Eligible Borrower and not the Eligible Borrower’s direct or indirect equity holders.
