Following the Central Bankruptcy Court’s approval on Thai Airways Public Company Limited (THAI)’s business rehabilitation plan on 15 June 2021, we are pleased to announce that Kudun & Partners has been officially appointed as the legal counsel of the creditors’ committee; representing every creditor in THAI business rehabilitation proceeding with initial estimated total debts of THB 352.49 billion (approximately USD 11.34 billion). We will be working closely with the creditors’ committee to oversee the implementation of THAI’s business rehabilitation plan.
Our team will be led by our partner and co-head of dispute resolution and litigation practice, Somboon Sangrungjang together with partners, Kudun Sukhumanada, Troy Schooneman, Pariyapol Kamolsilp, and Niruch Winiyakul and associates Navawan Tipsrinimit, Wadtawan Wongrathpanya, and Chanamas Aura-Ek.
