Mamo TCV Advocates is pleased to announce that Dr Veronica Grixti will be appointed as a partner of the firm with effect from 1st August 2024.
Veronica obtained her Doctoral degree in Law from the University of Malta in 2004 and a Master of Law degree in Magister Juris (European & Comparative Law) in 2005 and joined the firm’s corporate and general commercial and insurance team as an associate in 2005.
Her main fields of practice are insurance, general commercial, corporate, real estate, trust and inheritance law, with her primary area of practice being the provision of legal support to leading insurance companies. She has acquired a great deal of experience in financial services litigation with special emphasis and expertise in insurance related disputes.
Veronica has also been involved in several high-value real estate transactions and succession related matters, including inheritance disputes and estate partition and in the setting up of trusts and advice in these areas.
Moreover, she has worked extensively in the Corporate and M&A spaces by assisting to incorporate companies and manage daily operations including drafting and negotiation of agreements. She has also serviced clients by assuming the role of company secretary.
In welcoming Veronica to the partnership, managing partner, Joe Borg Bartolo highlighted that over the years it became clear that Veronica’s joining as a partner was the natural progression in her career. Not only did she embody the firm’s core values of integrity, the provision of accurate legal and commercial advice but she did so with due respect towards the firm’s clients and their counterparties.
