Linn Hertwig Eidsheim has over 20 years of experience as a business lawyer, with a background that includes serving as a partner (Financing) at Wikborg Rein and a period as corporate counsel at DNB.

Linn has substantial experience and expertise in various types of financing, including the financing of ships, installations, and other assets, as well as export financing. She also focuses on Norwegian and international shipping and offshore-related transactions, including construction, purchase and sale, and chartering.

Øyvind Grøneng has returned to Simonsen Vogt Wiig following a period as a judge at Hordaland District Court.

Øyvind specializes in dispute resolution and contract law. He has vast experience with shipping and maritime legal issues and regularly represents shipowners, shipyards, designers, insurers, and other industry players. Øyvind has, among other things, assisted in several of the largest casualties and shipbuilding disputes in Norway over the past 10 years.
