Erlend Lous (51) will take over from Mona. Erlend is currently a partner on the Ocean team in Oslo. He has a long history with Simonsen Vogt Wiig, starting as an associate in 2002 and becoming a partner in 2007. He has previously been chairman of the board of Simonsen Vogt Wiig and for a period head of our Singapore office.

Mona Søyland has been Managing Partner of Simonsen Vogt Wiig since 2013. From January 1, she will continue in her role as a partner in the firm, focusing on her areas of expertise, where the mining industry in particular has experienced strong growth in recent years.
