Bradley Partner Aron Beezley Quoted in Law360 on GSA Acquisition Changes

Bradley attorney Aron Beezley was quoted in Law360 on the GSA’s ongoing consolidation of 24 federal supply schedules into one overarching schedule. In the final phase of consolidation, the GSA is working with companies that held more than one schedule contract to work out which provisions to keep and which to discard and the pricing that takes precedence if the same item was offered on more than one schedule.
"[The GSA] will be working with each company individually in determining the best course of action on how to consolidate those multiple schedule contracts into one," said Beezley. "Because there is not necessarily an easy one-size-fits-all approach, and they're doing it on a company-by-company basis, I think it's inevitably going to be complicated and time-consuming."
