Beccar Varela and Tanoira Cassagne advise on Asociados Don Mario’s Series V notes issuance

Buenos Aires, 09.09.2020. Beccar Varela advised Asociados Don Mario S.A., acting as issuer, and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados counseled Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. and Banco Itaú Argentina S.A., acting as organizers and placement agents, and Allaria Ledesma & Cía S.A., Itaú Valores S.A. and StoneX Securities S.A. (under registration process, formerly INTL CIBSA S.A.), acting as placement agents, on Series V notes issuance, carried out under the company’s Global Program for a nominal value up to US$60,000,000, or its equivalent in other currencies.
Series V Notes, issued on September 8th, 2020, worth US$7,811,810, will accrue interest at an annual fixed rate of 2,5%; their due date will take place on September 8th, 2024. Though these Notes were denominated in US Dollars, they were subscribed and will be payable in Argentine Pesos at the exchange rate provided for the offering documents (dollar-linked). FIX SCR S.A. rated them “A+(arg)” on August 31st, 2020.
Series V Notes are listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for its negotiation at Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A., being eligible by Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V.
