Buenos Aires, 12.15.2020. Beccar Varela advised Petroagro S.A. on the Class II notes’ restructuring, issued on August 9th, 2019, under the company’s global program for the issuance of short, medium and long-term notes for a maximum outstanding amount of up to US$30 million.

Through a consent solicitation, Petroagro obtained the agreement of 100% of Class II Notes’ holders to amend certain terms and conditions, including the amortization schedule and interest.
