Beccar Varela Advises Agrofina on Class VIII Notes' Restructuring.

Buenos Aires, 12.16.2020. Beccar Varela advised Agrofina S.A. on the restructuring of Class VIII notes, issued in November 2019 under the company’s global program for the issuance of simple notes, not convertible into shares, for a nominal maximum amount of up to US$80 million.
Through a consent solicitation, Agrofina succeeded in obtaining the agreement of 97.62% of Class VIII Notes’ holders to amend certain terms and conditions of the notes’ issuance, among them, the capital and interest expiration date and payments’ schedule.
Beccar Varela advised both Agrofina S.A. (issuer) and Puente Hnos. S.A. (solicitation agent) with the team led by partners Luciana Denegri and Pablo J. Torretta, assisted by associates María Victoria Pavani, Gonzalo Ochoa and María Inés Cappelletti.
