Bradley Attorneys Wayne Drinkwater and Laura Washburn Named 2020 BTI Client Service All-Stars

Now in its 19th year, the list of BTI Client Service All-Stars recognizes attorneys based solely on in-depth interviews of more than 350 top legal decision makers and general counsel at large organizations with $700 million or more in revenue.

Located in Bradley’s Jackson, Mississippi, office, Mr. Drinkwater is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He has extensive experience in major business, commercial and constitutional litigation. Over the years, Mr. Drinkwater has tried some of Mississippi’s most significant cases. He has also handled more than 70 appeals, arguing more than 30 of them in state and federal courts across the United States. This is the second consecutive year in which Mr. Drinkwater has been named a BTI Client Service All-Star.

Located in Bradley’s Birmingham, Alabama, office, Ms. Washburn is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. She focuses her practice on public company representation. Her areas of concentration include ‘34 Act reporting work, registration of debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions and advising companies on compliance with regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition to her public company representation, Ms. Washburn also assists private companies in mergers, sales and other acquisition transactions, and assists private companies with capital raising transactions.
