Charles introduced the esteemed panelists to the attendees and introduced the topic: Urban Economic Planning: prospects and challenges facing the real estate market in the post-pandemic world and beyond (investment, affordability, digital transformation). Charles directed key questions to the panel of real estate experts eliciting fascinating responses and stimulating interesting discussion on the primary challenges faced by the real estate industry in the wake of the pandemic, the status of Cambodia’s digital transformation, the future of public investment infrastructure in the country, how the market is currently looking from an investor perspective and helpful tips to identify promising real estate opportunities.
