ALRUD at the Asset Recovery Next Gen event

<p>On June 17th, on the Asset Recovery Next Gen platform, an online event will be held in the format of a webinar and communication in virtual rooms, on urgent issues of search and return of assets.</p> <p><a href="https://www.alrud.com/people/SergeyPetrachkov/" title="Sergey Petrachkov">Sergey Petrachkov</a>, ALRUD Partner of Dispute Resolution and Restructuring and Insolvency Practices, will speak at the session “Local Challenges in Global Asset Recovery”. This will focus on the specifics of asset recovery, in different jurisdictions.</p> <p><a href="https://www.alrud.com/people/DmitryKuptsov/" title="Dmitry Kuptsov">Dmitry Kuptsov</a>, ALRUD Senior Associate, is a member of the Committee of the Asset Recovery Next Gen event, where he participated in drafting the agenda, the engagement and involvement of speakers. As part of the Committee's activities, Dmitry is also actively implementing measures on facilitating broader participation of community members.</p> <p><a href="https://informaconnect.com/asset-recovery-next-gen/" title="Asset Recovery Next Gen">Asset Recovery Next Gen</a> is an online community and a platform which enables like-minded colleagues worldwide to communicate on asset recovery issues. The Asset Recovery Next Gen community organizes and runs events on a permanent basis, where acknowledged experts and representatives of law firms gather.
