<p>Deacons’ Partner and Co-head of Corporate Finance Group Ronny Chow has been appointed as a member of the Listing Review Committee of the Main Board and GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.</p> <p>Ronny was nominated by the Listing Nominating Committee before the Board of the Exchange made the appointments (click <a href="https://www.hkex.com.hk/News/Regulatory-Announcements/2021/2107092news?sc_lang=en">here</a> for HKEX’s announcement) which took effect on 9 July 2021.</p> <p>With almost 30 years of experience in the corporate finance field, Ronny’s practice spans across corporate finance and securities work as well as private and public mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. He is particularly well-known for advising on initial public offerings (IPOs) and listings of corporations on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.</p>
