Carey Olsen advises Thoma Bravo on sale of majority stake in Nintex to TPG Capital

As part of the transaction, which closed last week, Thoma Bravo has made a new equity investment in the company to maintain a significant minority interest.

Working alongside lead counsel Kirkland & Ellis, the Carey Olsen team advising Thoma Bravo on all Jersey-related corporate and regulatory aspects of the acquisition comprised partner Guy Coltman and senior associate Susan McKinstray.

Guy said: "We are delighted to have assisted Thoma Bravo on the sale of its majority stake in Nintex after what has been an extremely successful three and a half year period as the company's majority investor."

Today, more than 10,000 public and private sector enterprises across 90 countries use the Nintex platform to automate millions of critical business and digital transformation processes.
