Bradley partner Whitt Steineker was quoted in a Law.com article on the cannabis industry in 2021, while looking towards the upcoming year.
Steineker said, “While cannabis policy remains largely unchanged at the federal level, the Deep South continues to be a hotbed of activity with Alabama’s medical program coming online and legislation passing in Mississippi, Tennessee, and at least one of the Carolinas.”
