Business, Tech Lawyer Joins Spilman's Pittsburgh Office

Pittsburgh — Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC (Spilman) announced that Alison M. Sacriponte has joined the law firm as counsel in its Pittsburgh office.
Sacriponte's primary areas of practice are corporate law, business law and technology law. She has experience advising startups, established businesses, and service and web-based enterprises, as well as negotiating commercial transactions and managing intellectual property portfolios. She previously served as in-house counsel for a multinational technology company based in Spain.
Sacriponte earned her undergraduate degree from Duquesne University, her Master of Laws degree in International Legal Sciences from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and her law degree from University of Pittsburgh. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
