Spilman Expands Pittsburgh Litigation Team

Pittsburgh — Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC (Spilman) announced that Jonathan A. Deasy has joined the law firm as an associate in its Pittsburgh office.
Deasy's primary area of practice at Spilman is litigation, with emphasis on commercial and corporate litigation.
Deasy has experience representing product manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and employers at all stages of litigation in defense of toxic tort, product liability and premises liability claims. He also has experience defending clients in multi-defendant actions arising out of personal injury claims for occupational lung and esophageal diseases.
Prior to joining Spilman, Deasy served as a law clerk for the Allegheny County District Attorney. He earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and his law degree from Duquesne University.
