Han Kun named "ALB Employer of Choice" for the seventh time

Han Kun has been recognized as a "2019 Employer of Choice" in the ALB China Employer of Choice Rankings 2019. This is the seventh time for Han Kun to receive the honor.
The 2019 Employer of Choice survey was launched in January and received more than 1,200 responses from employees of different law firms during the one-month survey period. The research team ranked the law firms based upon factors including job satisfaction, salary level, salary structure and overall wage transparency, training opportunities and career development opportunities, opportunities to receive professional guidance, transparency in the path to partnership, teamwork, knowledge management and IT technology support, work-life balance, career development prospects, and the willingness to recommend the firm as an employer of choice.
