Sweet & Maxwell, the Legal Division of Thomson Reuters has recently published its sixth edition of Arbitration World, Jurisdictional and Institutional Comparisons (2018). This book is written by leading experts in arbitration from different jurisdictions. Mr. Chen Xianglin, partner of Han Kun Law Offices is invited to contribute to the China Chapter. Others from Han Kun have also helped with the writing including its partner Li Xiaoming and associates Ms. Wang Yanyan and Ms. Sun Ying.
