Han Kun represents Tencent and JD.com in a strategic investment in Wanda Commercial

On January 29, 2018, Tencent, together with investors including JD.com and others, signed strategic investment agreements with Dalian Wanda Commercial Properties Co. in Beijing. This represents one of the world's largest single strategic investments between Internet companies and brick-and-mortar commercial giants.
Han Kun, as legal counsel to Tencent and JD.com, provided full legal services for the transaction, including advising on the transaction structure, performing legal due diligence, drafting and revising transaction documents and business negotiations.
