Han Kun wins "M&A Deal of the Year (Premium)" and "Deal of the Year" in the Macallan ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2017

On September 8, 2017, Asian Legal Business (ALB) held the annual Macallan ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2017 ceremony in Hong Kong. The Han Kun-advised deal, “Didi's Acquisition of Uber’s China Operations,” was awarded “M&A Deal of the Year (Premium)” and “Deal of the Year.” Han Kun was one of the most highly awarded PRC law firms at the event.
The Macallan ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2017, an annual celebration of legal excellence in Hong Kong, has come to its 16th year.
