Ms. Lin ZHOU joins Han Kun as a salaried partner

Han Kun Law Offices is pleased to announce that Ms. Lin ZHOU has joined the firm as a salaried partner. Ms. Zhou will work primarily in the firm's Beijing office.
With over eight years' experience in fund formation and asset management-related practice, Ms. Zhou focuses on the formation and operation of various types of RMB funds, including venture capital funds, private equity funds, M&A funds, film and entertainment funds, sports funds, infrastructure funds and funds of funds. Ms. Zhou is also experienced in representing LPs of various types (including insurance companies, government guidance funds, and funds of funds) in their investments in funds. In addition, Ms. Zhou is experienced in private fund investments, corporate financings and general corporate matters. Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Zhou worked at two leading law firms in China.
