Han Kun Tops CBLJ's "Top Law Firms for China PE Exit Deals" List

The May issue of China Business Law Journal published the journal's "Top Law Firms for China PE Exit Deals (by value)" list and "Top China PE Exit Deals" list. Han Kun topped both lists due to the firm's outstanding performance.
Han Kun was the only PRC law firm to be included in the "Top Law Firms for China PE Exit Deals (by value)" list. Han Kun was involved in Didi Chuxing's acquisition of Uber (China), which was included in the "Top China PE Exit Deals"list. China Business Law Journal's rankings were based on transactions valued at more than US$5 million during the period from May 1, 2016 to May 1, 2017.
