Alaris Group acquires Kuhne electronic GmbH

With a team led by the M&A attorneys Dr. Mathias Schröder, Fabian Becker and Dr. Katharina Prasuhn, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek provided comprehensive advice to the Alaris Group regarding the acquisition of all shares in Kuhne electronic GmbH.
Alaris Holdings is a specialist in the field of RF technology and has developed from a small consulting service into an international entity. The Alaris Group consisted before the acquisition of five companies, namely Alaris Antennas (in South Africa), COJOT (in Finland), mWAVE Industries and Alaris USA (in Maine, USA), as well as Linwave Technologies in the UK.
With the acquisition of Kuhne electronic GmbH, the Alaris Group further expands its global presence. The transaction also consisted of an asset deal and the transfer of the company's real estate. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Kuhne electronic GmbH, founded in 1994, is a radio frequency and microwave electronics company that develops manufactures and sells products/components for the healthcare, industrial, amateur radio and defense market segments. The family owned company has an in-house design and development team, as well as a manufacturing department that can build prototypes.
