Orlando, Fla. – July 30, 2024 – Greenspoon Marder announces co-managing director Michael E. Marder has been selected among the Orlando Business Journal (OBJ) ‘Most Influential Leaders’ of 2024. Those selected are executives in the Central Florida region who use their “cachet” to improve the region and the business community for all. Mr. Marder, who founded Greenspoon Marder LLP with partner Gerald Greenspoon in 1981, has since focused his practice on complex business litigation, transactional law, and real estate banking and finance. He has extensive experience in hospitality and vacation ownership law and has helped shape the industry over the last four decades. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Marder is actively involved in serving the Florida legal sector and the local Orlando community. He serves as Chairman of both the Governing Board of Directors and the Advisory Board of the Victoria’s Voice Foundation and as a Trustee for the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), a Washington D.C.-based trade association representing the vacation ownership and resort development industries.
