Greenspoon Marder Partner Chad Tamaroff Appointed to the David Posnack Jewish Community Center Board of Directors
Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – June 14, 2024 – Greenspoon Marder announces partner Chad J. Tamaroff has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors for the David Posnack Jewish Community Center for the 2024-2025 term.
The David Posnack Jewish Community Center (JCC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization located in the heart of southwest Broward County. Set on the 40-acre Nina & Louis Silverman campus in southwest Broward, the JCC is a 143,000-square-foot facility offering educational, cultural, recreational, and performing arts programs, classes, and special events for infants through seniors in an environment of fun, friendship and unity.
Mr. Tamaroff has been a member of the firm for 24 years, concentrating his practice in the areas of complex commercial and civil litigation, real estate litigation, title insurance litigation, and lender liability litigation. As a litigator, Mr. Tamaroff has represented the interests of banks, insurance companies, businesses, real estate developers, homeowner’s associations, and individuals in a wide range of real estate, commercial, and business litigation matters. He is also certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Court Mediator.
