Stathopoulos have been recognized among ‘The Georgia Entertainment 200’ in Georgia Entertainment: The Creative Economy Journal’s inaugural issue. Mr. Clarke concentrates his practice of over thirty years on entertainment industry matters, including contract drafting and negotiations, trademark and copyright sales and acquisitions, and corporate law, as well as infringement and breach of contract issues. He regularly represents and counsels entertainment companies, actors, performers, producers, writers, publishers, and artists.

Mr. Siegal concentrates his practice on sports brand protection and enforcement, licensing, contract negotiation, marketing, and business operations, helping brand owners maximize intellectual property value through licensing, sponsorship, and endorsement agreements, and assisting licensees in navigating the licensing marketplace.  Mr. Siegal is a pioneer in the new and rapidly developing collegiate name, image and likeness (NIL) space, where he facilitates partnerships with brands and college athletes.

Mr. Stathopoulos concentrates his practice on entertainment incentives for film, television, digital entertainment and music clients, state and local taxation, and film and television corporate and transactional work, representing and has represented major motion picture studios, streaming platforms, television networks, cable companies, independent film production companies, and others in the entertainment industry, as well as lenders in film tax credit lending deals.
