Shareholder Robert B. Hinckley, Jr. was recently appointed as President of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.
CDLA is a state-wide non-profit organization that is nearly 800 attorneys strong, dedicated to the defense of civil actions and the promotion of fairness and integrity in the civil justice system.
As a group of legal professionals who strive to provide superior and balanced service to their clients, CDLA members are committed to the following:
- Strengthen the skills, effectiveness, and professionalism of Colorado’s civil defense lawyers.
- Proactively address issues relevant to civil defense and the broader justice system.
- Promote the highest standards of professionalism, civility, and courtesy in litigation, fostering respect for the defense lawyer’s role.
- Improve communication and relations between defense attorneys and all parties in civil litigation, including clients, entities, and judges.
