Han Kun, as PRC legal counsel to the underwriters and the joint bookrunners, has provided legal services in connection with Kingsoft Cloud's (NASDAQ: KC; HKEX: 3896.HK) follow-on offerings in both the U.S. and Hong Kong and concurrent private placements. The total proceeds of this transaction could reach up to approximately $290 million, making it the largest follow-on offering by a U.S.-listed China concept stock since 2024 and the largest overseas refinancing project in China's cloud service industry since 2021.
