Quiñones, Ibargüen & Luján S.C. Local Counsel for USD10 Million in Funding

The Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC) has granted a USD10 Million loan to Scotiabank’s leasing operation in a deal which drew legal counsel from four countries across Central America including Quiñones, Ibargüen & Luján representing the lender’s counsel for Guatemala. An affiliate of the Inter-American Development Bank, the IIC makes private sector loans to bank member countries in Latin American and Caribbean to promote and support the development of the private sector and the capital markets.
