Shepherd and Wedderburn Supports Charity Art Exhibition

For the sixth year running, leading UK law firm Shepherd and Wedderburn is lending its support to Cancer Research UK by sponsoring an annual week of original and unique art. The exhibition, organised by the Edinburgh Fundraising Committee, will take place at Adams House on Chambers Street, Edinburgh from Tuesday 16 to Saturday 20 November.
This year's exhibition boasts over 1,300 paintings priced between £30 and £1,000, as well as a selection of handmade crafts, cards and jewellery. Featured artists include Ian Mastin, Joseph Maxwell Stuart, Evi Carmichael, John Stoa, Donna Duncan and Lynn Rodgie.
The exhibition, now in its 43rd year, raised a total of £20,000 in 2009, which was donated to the Cancer Research UK Unit at the Western General Hospital, Edinburgh.
Jane Brunton of the Edinburgh Fundraising Committee said: "Shepherd and Wedderburn's generosity over six years (and that of their clients) has contributed greatly to the success of the event."
