Appointment - New York Resident Partner

I am delighted to announce the expansion of our practice in the United States with the appointment of Cian McCourt as resident partner in New York. Cian will, along with other members of the Firm's US Group based in Ireland further develop the Firm's service to US clients.
US corporations and the wider US business community have been key clients for many years and play an important role in the Irish economy. We were the first Irish law firm to open an office in the US and since the 1970's have acted for more than 500 US corporations.
Through our New York office we look forward to further developing our close relationships with this important market and highlighting the opportunities that Ireland offers to the international business community.

Cian was based in the Firm's London office from 2004 - 2007 where he advised international clients on their activities in Ireland and international law firms, investment banks and other advisors on multi-jurisdictional transactions with an Irish dimension.
