Shearn Delamore & Co is delighted to announce that we have again received an award at the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) Asia Awards 2014, this time for the M&A Deal of the Year for the Fraser & Neave contested takeover. We acted as Malaysian counsel to TCC As-sets Limited together with WongPartnership LLP. The award was announced at the recent IFLR Asia Awards Dinner held in Hong Kong on 26 March 2014.
