New partners for Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners

Rome, 9 June 2014 – The international law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners announces the appointment of lawyers Nicola Bonante and Richard Hamilton as new partners.

Nicola Bonante, a member of the Labour department, is an expert in all Labour Law and Industrial Relations related issues, including employees’ benefits, stock option plans, MBO(s) and LTIP(s), as well as in reorganization and restructuring processes, with both domestic and international level expertise. He also deals with Labour Law issues in connection with corporate finance and private equity transactions.
Nicola graduated in Law from the University of Bari in 1998, and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2001.
Between 1999 and 2001, he collaborated with the University of Bari in Social Security Law. Nicola is a member of the Italian Labour Association (AGI).
He speaks Italian and is fluent in English.

Richard Hamilton, a member of the Financial Markets department, specialises in debt and equity capital markets. He is an expert in advising issuers and underwriters in IPOs, senior and subordinated bond issues (including convertible bonds and hybrid securities), MTN programmes as well as on tender and exchange offers in respect of existing securities and bond restructurings.
During his career, which has mostly involved working for leading international law firms in London, he has also acquired significant experience in the field of M&A.
In 1986 he graduated from the University of Leeds and completed his law studies at the University of Westminster and the College of Law in London.
He has been a Solicitor in England & Wales since 1996 and was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2007.
He speaks Italian and English.
