Springboard, which celebrated its 10th anniversary earlier this year, has established a strong reputation in the SME market for providing a high quality partner-led service to business founders, entrepreneurs, management teams and institutions.

The MBO of Aqualisa – acting for the management team on the acquisition of the business by LDC
The MBO of Arden Fine Foods – advising the Company on its secondary buy-out financed by Barclays
The sale of Medical Imaging – advising the founders on the sale of the business to Emis plc
The sale of Proximity Communications – advising the shareholders on the sale to Maintel plc

Springboard’s Nottingham office is located at City Gate East in the heart of Nottingham’s business district.
