Hot on the heels of the recent MBO and finance raising for Nottingham’s KeTech Group, Springboard Corporate Finance is delighted to announce the sale of Nottingham based Ashley Kate HR to £70m turnover talent management group Nicholas Associates. This is the second deal to be announced by Springboard the opening of their Nottingham office in November 2015.

Ashley Kate HR is a specialist recruitment business focused exclusively on the human resources market, providing generalist and specialist HR solutions at all levels to a blue chip client base requiring permanent, contract and temporary HR resource. Founded in 2001, the business has grown consistently to become the pre-eminent brand in HR recruitment market, with a reputation for providing a personal, professional and honest service with national reach from its head office in Nottingham.

The acquisition of Ashley Kate HR is a strategic diversification of the existing brands and a key business in Nicholas Associates Group’s new apprentice to boardroom talent management solutions offering.

The deal was led for Springboard Corporate Finance by partner Ben Bolt and Assistant Director James Bailey. Commenting on the deal, Ben said “Ashley Kate HR is an example to many owner managers about the power of the brand and the importance of succession planning when seeking to achieve a clean financial exit.
