Krogerus advises Allianz Capital Partners on its acquisition of its first wind park in Finland from OX2

Krogerus advised Allianz Capital Partners GmbH on its acquisition of six turbines from Sweden-based wind power company OX2. The transaction is Allianz's first wind park acquisition in Finland.

The wind park at Jouttikallio, around 80 kilometres from the city of Vaasa, has a capacity of 21 megawatts and meets the electricity demands of around 12,600 households.

Allianz Capital Partners is the in-house investment platform for alternative investments of the international financial service company Allianz Group.

Allianz’s commitment to the European renewable energy sector exceeds EUR 2.5 billion in 55 wind farms and seven solar parks. Allianz’s current renewable energy portfolio is located in France, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Austria and now in Finland.
