NLRB’s Browning-Ferris ‘Employer’ Decision Changed Everything Ronald Meisburg Tells Bloomberg BNA

Speaking with Bloomberg BNA on cases before the National Labor Relations Board to watch in 2016, Ronald Meisburg said the board's Browning-Ferris decision is “one of the biggest changes of the law in my career.” The board's fact-intensive approach to the joint employer issue in reaching the decision, he warned, is likely to make for complex, hard-fought, and costly litigation.
