Promotions at NNDKP

Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) announced today that, in the context of the firm's organic growth, Adina Vizoli, Lucian Barbu and Silviu Bădescu were promoted to partner in the tax advisory team, while Corina Dumitru, Răzvan Vlad (Corporate and Contracts), Lavinia Ioniță-Rasmussen (Real Estate), Mirela Preda (Corporate, Energy and Natural Resources) became managing associates.
In addition, 7 lawyers were promoted to the position of senior associate, and 3 of the managers of the tax advisory team were promoted to new seniority positions.
As a result of these changes, the NNDKP team has 24 partners (19 lawyers and 5 tax advisors) and 110 lawyers, in addition to 15 tax consultants, 3 intellectual property consultants and 85 employees in the support departments.

With an experience of over 12 years in the area of local and international tax advice, Adina is specialized in all the aspects related to VAT: VAT projects implemented when Romania joined the EU, impact analyses on issues related to the local and European VAT, tax efficiency solutions, assistance before the Romanian tax authorities in tax administrative proceedings and tax controls.
Lucian Barbu, Tax Consultant, Tax Partner
Specialized in local and international tax advice, Lucian has over 12 years experience in assisting Romanian and foreign clients in projects such as: structuring of operations from a tax perspective, drafting of procedures, tax review, company reorganization operations in the form of mergers and spin offs, advice provided on tax control issues and drafting the necessary objections.
Silviu Bădescu, Tax Consultant, Tax Partner
With an experience of over 14 years in tax advice and accounting, Silviu is specialized in areas such as company reorganization, tax reviews and due diligence projects, advice from the perspective of direct and indirect taxation, counseling provided during tax controls, assistance provided to important local and international companies.
Corina Dumitru, Managing Associate, Corporate and contracts
Corina has significant experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and commercial transactions. She also specializes in banking and financing law. Corina has provided assistance to a significant number of investors, national and multinational companies, banks and institutions in large complex transactions carried out in Romania.
Lavinia Ioniță-Rasmussen, Managing Associate, Real Estate
Lavinia Ioniță-Rasmussen has 11 years of experience in real estate and joint venture transactions. She has provided assistance to clients in complex real estate projects, such as office building, logistic parks, residential projects as well as forestry and agriculture investments projects. Lavinia also specializes in FIDIC contracts.
Mirela Preda, Managing Associate, Corporate, Energy and Natural Resources
Mirela has significant experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions (shares/assets acquisitions or business transfers), as well as in aspects related to the energy market (conventional, renewable, oil and gas) and the insurance market (regulatory aspects, implementation of Solvency II Directive, transactions).
Răzvan Vlad, Managing Associate, Corporate and Contracts
Răzvan has over 13 years of experience in providing legal assistance, with area of expertise including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions as well as specific regulatory and performance aspects related to FIDIC contracts.
