Krogerus advises Valmet on its acquisition of a global Enterprise Resource Planning system from Infor

Krogerus advised Valmet Corporation on its acquisition of a global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system from Infor Group.
Valmet is a developer and supplier of technologies, automation and services for the pulp, paper and energy industries. The US-based Infor Group is a supplier of ERP systems.
The ERP system is intended to boost Valmet's productivity and capacity planning, and foster collaboration amongst employees, customers and suppliers. It will be used by roughly 5,500 users on a global basis. The project is expected to be finalised by 2020.
