Morgan & Morgan acted as Panamanian counsel to Grupo Santillana, company part of Prisa Group, with respect to the acquisition of the education business of Grupo Carvajal and subsidiaries.
This M&A operation, for an amount up to 14.3 million euros, involved attorneys from Panama, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Guatemala, México, Peru and Puerto Rico.
