The rankings are produced by the San Francisco Business Times and Silicon Valley Business Journal to honor Bay Area companies that have exceptional workplaces and value the contributions of their employees. The rankings are created in conjunction with Quantum Workplace, which sent surveys directly to employees of companies that were in consideration.
