Holly is an associate in Carey Olsen's corporate team, based in Bermuda. She advises on all aspects of Bermuda corporate, finance and commercial law.

Holly has acted for local and international corporate and financial institutions, insurance companies, funds, private equity houses, family offices and founder/management teams on local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, take overs, private equity and venture capital transactions, and cross border restructurings. Holly has also acted for lenders and borrowers in insurance, real estate, asset and leveraged finance deals. She has experience advising clients in sectors including banking, fintech and regtech, government and public sector, insurance and private equity.
