Mark Badenhorst in an Executive Consultant at ENS in the Tax practice. He is a transfer pricing expert with many years’ experience advising numerous local and international clients in the automotive, hospitality, entertainment and gambling industries.

Mark also has expertise in settling transfer pricing disputes with SARS and is experienced in running tax litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution in respect of such disputes.
