Jacqueline focuses her practice on estate planning, tax planning, probate and trust administration for high-net-worth individuals and families. She consults with clients on wealth preservation, business succession and wealth transfer strategies. She holds a master's degree in taxation which she utilizes to help ensure your family's legacy is protected.
Representative Experience
- Drafting estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, supplemental needs trusts, irrevocable trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts and charitable trusts
- Guiding clients through the probate process and the administration of trusts after a loved one's passing
- Counseling clients in the transfer of closely held business interests and succession planning
- Advising and assisting clients in the formation and running of private family foundations and other sophisticated charitable planning techniques
- Advising clients on cross-border tax and estate planning
- Preparing and reviewing gift and estate tax returns
- Representing individual and institutional fiduciaries and advising clients of their fiduciary duties, powers, and the interpretation of wills and trusts
- Judicial and non-judicial modification of irrevocable trusts
